DMS is a rapidly growing mechanical and electrical contractor located in Vaughan that is seeking a qualified candidate to join its accounting team. The position offers many exciting opportunities for learning and career building.
We seek a knowledgebale and dynamic individual capable of completing assigned tasks in an expedient manner while working independently. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years full cycle bookkeeping and A/P experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Familiarity with construction progress billing, statutory declarations and WSIB clearances is an asset.
Also, this person will be involved in the company’s payroll. Experience in payroll in the construction industry in unionized setup, as well as with ADP will be considered an asset.
