Skills/Requirements: Previous experience guiding waterfowl
· Must be able to call ducks & geese
· Must be physically fit and be able to work long hours
· Experience with bird retrieving dogs an asset
· Must be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)
· Must be self-motivated
· Must have a good attitude and relate well to clients
· Must participate in setting up and breaking down spreads
· Must be able to read RM maps
· Must have a clean driver’s record
