We will deliver an experience like you are eating right in Thailand. We bring a Thai Restaurant to serve you right in Cabbage Town, Toronto! Many of our menus are unique and May not be found anywhere else in Canada.

We are hiring an experienced Sous-Chef/ Chef Assistant. The Applicant must have experience in Thai Commercial Setting for at least one year. As our restaurant opens 7 days a week, we need someone willing to work on weekends and willing to work the evening/ night shift.

Responsibilities/ Tasks

  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
  • Create new recipes
  • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise staff
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Set staff work schedules
