On Site:
· Work Must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
· PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plan, Gauge R& R Development
· Perform Capability Studies at all stages.
· Coordinating containment activity with Quality and Production Supervisors.
· Creating Control Plans and relevant inspection and test instructions.
· Manage Internal and external dimensional layouts of parts and gauges (CMM Capability)
· Assist in the development, construction and evaluation of all fixtures and gauges.
· Visit Customer and supplier locations where required.
· Adhere to quality system inline with customer requirements and Tiercon Management direction.
· Participate in all APQP meetings with program management teams.
· Participate in gage reviews, GD& T reviews, home line mold trails, DOEs and dimensional Studies.
· Issue QA alerts as required.
· Utilize the customer portals to obtain quality documentation, input quality specific documentation
· Promote continuous improvement in all areas.
· Carry out work study
· Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs

· Collect and compile operational or experimental data
· Collect and analyze data and samples
· Develop manufacturing and processing procedures
· Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports

Health and Safety
· Work in conjunction with the act and regulations.
· Use or wear any equipment, protective devices or clothing required by the employer.
· Report to the employer or supervisor any known missing or defective equipment or protective equipment device that may be dangerous.
· Report any known workplace hazards to the employer or supervisor.
· Not remove or make ineffective any protective device required by the employer or by the regulations.
· Not use or operate any equipment or work in a way that may endanger any worker.
· Not engage in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct.
Environmental
· Know and understand the Environmental Policy.
· Know what to do in case of an Emergency- Emergency Evacuation and Spill Response.
· Evacuate the building during when you hear a fire alarm
· Report all spills to your supervisor.
· Know the significant environmental aspects of the work activities in your department.
· Ensure that all the requirements associated with the significant environmental aspects in your department are being met-follow all work instructions, signs and notices- if in doubt see your supervisor or Environmental Management Representative.
