Experience: 3 years to 5 years of experience required for the job

Specific Skills:
• Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas lines
• Install appliances like water heaters, dishwashers, and toilets
• Read blueprints, drawings and building specifications to map layout for waste and drainage systems
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functioning
• Unclog drains and toilets using specialized tools
• Follow safety and building codes, and maintain compliance with regulations
• Provide estimates and explain plumbing issues and solutions to clients
