We are looking to hire an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
We are offering a dynamic commission-based salary with guaranteed wages. You will earn the greater of:
- $57,096 annually at an average of 30 hours of work per week.
- 30% commission on the total revenue of your sessions.
Totals will be calculated monthly, and you will be paid a top-up of your guaranteed salary to the higher amount of the two.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose physiological disorders and injuries of patients
- Treat the diseases, physiological disorders and injuries of patients
- Manipulate or apply pressure to various parts of the body, hands and feet
- Clinical & Patient Care
- Conduct detailed patient assessments (history, posture, movement, palpation).
- Develop tailored osteopathic treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based manual therapy techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide education and self-care recommendations to patients.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
- Ensure documentation meets legal and ethical standards.
- Clinic Collaboration
- Uphold clinic policies and professional ethical standards.
- Manage scheduling, cancellations, and client communications professionally.
