We are looking to hire a Pastry Cook to join our company in Hazukido Café.

Line Cook perform some or all of the following duties:

• Food Preparation & Cooking – Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes, and specialty pastries following Hazukido’s standards and techniques.
• Specialty Pastries & Baking Support – Assist in crafting Hazukido’s signature croissants, ensuring the exclusive folding technique and authentic texture.
• Kitchen Operations & Supervision – Oversee food preparation, supervise kitchen helpers, and ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen.
• Inventory & Food Cost Management – Maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment; estimate food requirements and monitor inventory levels.
• Food Safety & Hygiene – Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and train staff on hygiene practices.
• Menu Planning & Portion Control – Assist in planning menus, determining portion sizes, and managing food costs.
• Training & Hiring – Train new employees on kitchen procedures, best practices, and Hazukido’s unique pastry-making methods.

Qualifications:

Minimum education: Completion of secondary school is usually required.

Minimum experience: 1-2 years’ related experience
