Job Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of INK Entertainment’s restaurants and venues, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including chefs, servers, and support personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to plan menus, set pricing strategies, and introduce seasonal offerings that align with brand identity and customer preferences.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and negotiate with suppliers to maintain cost-effective operations.
- Ensure that food preparation and presentation meet high-quality standards, conducting regular inspections to maintain consistency.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, striving to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards, to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, private parties, and promotions, coordinating with various departments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote menu items, events, and special offers, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and development opportunities to staff members.
- Maintain records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing regular reports to senior management for strategic planning.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary School certificate or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 2 years to less than 3 years in the food industry.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
