Key Responsibilities:
1. Form concrete pads or curbs and ensure stability of forms such as tires, rebar
2. Fill hollows and remove high spots on freshly poured concrete using vibration
3. Level the top surface of concrete according to grade and depth specifications
4. Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
5. Screed concrete to ensure level and smooth surfaces
6. Place and finish concrete floors, stairs, curbs, and gutters
Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Ability to smooth, level, and shape concrete; operate finishing tools.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in different weather conditions.
• Can work independently or with a team, and in various work settings.
