· Salary: $17.00/hour plus tips /30 to 40hours per week.
· Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time
· Must be available to work any assigned shift including Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend, and holidays.
· Starts as soon as possible
· Benefits: staff accommodation can be provided for a fee. Company will provide 50% contribution for Blue cross medical benefits after 3 months of employment

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities and Tasks
· Operate machinery
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Setting up workstations and ingredients.
- Bake bread, bagels, rolls and sweet goods, and decorate as necessary.
- Produce quality finished bakery or menu items for the daily hotel requirement
- Work efficiently to minimize food wastage
- Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking and baking
- Prepare baked products as per special customer orders when required
- Produce the bakery items as well as prepare other hot and cold food products as assigned
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Assist in maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and work areas
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Any other duties as assigned.
