Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist with a strong background in **Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support cutting-edge Fintech innovation projects. This role combines administrative expertise with technical acumen to streamline operations, coordinate AI-driven initiatives, and ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities 

1. Project Coordination

Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation for AI-driven Fintech projects (e.g., fraud detection algorithms, predictive analytics tools).

Schedule cross-departmental meetings, workshops, and stakeholder briefings.

2. Technical & Administrative Support

Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation for AI/ML models and Fintech applications.

Assist in data collection, labeling, and preprocessing for machine learning workflows.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a liaison between data scientists, Fintech experts, and non-technical stakeholders to translate project requirements.

Track progress of AI experiments, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PSD2).

4. Innovation Support

Research emerging trends in AI for Fintech

Organize innovation sprints and hackathons focused on AI-driven financial solutions.

5. Compliance & Reporting

Maintain records of AI model performance metrics and ethical AI practices.

Support grant applications and funding proposals for AI initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

3+ years in administrative roles with exposure to AI projects.

International experience in Africa

Familiarity with Fintech ecosystems

Proficiency in administrative tools like Slack, Asana and Microsoft Power BI

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic understanding of machine learning pipelines and data governance.

Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.

Experience with cloud platforms
