Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of related experience. Added advantage for having experience in visa processing or related experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, such as affidavits and briefs, from handwritten copy, shorthand and machine dictation using computers.
• Review and proofread documents and correspondence.
• Schedule appointments, meetings and conferences for Immigration Consultant.
• Set up and maintain filing systems, frequently controlling confidential materials and documents.
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments or organizations.
• Collect information of Immigration clients, write reports and submit to Immigration consultant for assessment of clients and/or for case preparations.
• Collect personal and professional documents from clients.
• Upload client confidential documents to CRM for file processing and submission by Immigration Consultant to IRCC.
• Assist clients in the education evaluation process.
• Assist clients in the document translation process.
• May attend meetings or conferences to take notes, minutes and dictation.
• Assist Immigration Consultant in the set up of the International Student Division.
• Make connections and agreements with Universities and Colleges in Canada for the recruiting of International Students.
• Provide information regarding colleges and universities and relevant courses to interested foreign students.
• Assist in the processing of international students’ visa process.
• May perform other general office work as required.
