Secondary work location: Taco Bell, 2000, Aurora Boulevard, Regina, Saskatchewan, S0G4G0. (this secondary work location is still under construction. This will be completed in 2025-march).
● Salary: $44,000.00 per annum.

● Employment conditions: must be available to work in any shift including Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Holidays (if worked overnight, premiums $0.50 more)
Languages: English.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate OR equivalent experience.
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS office
Point of sale system is an asset.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Tight Deadlines; Attention to detail; Repetitive tasks; Occasionally lift, move, carry and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights to/from shelves; Stand and walk for long periods of time (duration of shift); Occasionally climb on stools or ladders and reach for items located on shelves and occasional climbing required for roof inspection. Required frequent motions of bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping, wrapping, and squeezing.

Job requirements and Responsibilities:
· Sets day-to-day direction for employees to support business objectives.
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
· Manages the restaurant budget and sets guidelines for operating within that budget.
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
· Provide customer service.
· Interprets customer needs and assesses requirements.
· Understand customer needs and identifies solutions to non-routine requests.
· Contributes to achievement of team goals; promotes teamwork.
· Conduct performance reviews and monitor staff performance.
· Provides coaching and feedback to team members and supervisors.
· Set staff work schedules.
· Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings and training.
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
· Leads restaurant management team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining effective team talent.
· Monitor revenues, maintain inventory, manages labor and applies financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results.
· Ensures preventive maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with company standards and ensures that health and safety regulations are followed.
· Assumes responsibility for restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies and follows cash control/security procedures.
· Enforces compliance with government regulations, Redberry Franchising Corp. Market Policy, employment laws, food safety, Redberry Franchising Corp. Security Policy, operations, and Redberry Franchising Corp. policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities across shifts.
· Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize customer satisfaction.
· Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service in clean surroundings.
· When necessary, perform same duties of the workers supervised such as handling cash register, cleaning of the restaurant, serving customers etc.
· Any other duties as assigned.
