Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

 

Position: Full-time/ permanent, 32-40hrs/week ( 1 vacancy )

Shift: Day, Evening, Weekend, On Call, Flexible Hours

Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise other workers
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
