The Vancouver Fish Company Restaurant & Bar Peak Hospitality Ltd. located at 1517 Anderson St Vancouver, BC, V6H 3R5 is looking for Two Full time Permanent Food Service Supervisor for their restaurant at above location.

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience an asset as a Customer service .

Wage $20.00per hour/35 hours per week

You will be performing following duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Hire food service staff

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Prepare food order summaries for chef

Supervise and check assembly of trays

Establish work schedules

You will be working in rotating shifts including weekends and statutory holiday.
