Job Duties:
- Meet with high-profile corporate clients, luxury brands, and partner organizations to define event vision, scope, and premium service expectations.
- Develop bespoke event concepts, themes, and experiential environments that reflect The Food Dudes’ elevated culinary identity and luxury hospitality standards.
- Curate premium catering programs, including custom menu design, specialty bar offerings, chef-led activations, and upscale food presentation formats.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including exclusive venue sourcing, décor styling, staging, high-end rentals, and advanced audio-visual production.
- Establish, monitor, and manage event budgets, ensuring premium-quality execution while adhering to financial parameters.
- Prepare detailed event proposals, design boards, run-of-show scripts, and production schedules tailored for luxury clients.
- Oversee guest registration platforms, VIP guest handling, seating plans, and the distribution of branded programs and promotional materials.
- Liaise with sponsors, executive committees, and premium stakeholders to align deliverables with elevated standards of service and brand representation.
- Negotiate contracts with high-end suppliers, décor houses, AV specialists, luxury transportation partners, entertainment companies, and specialty service vendors.
- Review and approve supplier invoices, maintain financial documentation, and reconcile final billing for premium events.
- Ensure compliance with municipal by-laws, licensing, safety regulations, and venue-specific policies across all upscale event operations.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise event personnel, ensuring all staff follow luxury service protocols and The Food Dudes’ hospitality benchmarks.
- Lead onsite execution of events, overseeing setup, service delivery, guest experience, and breakdown with a focus on seamless, elevated presentation.
- Resolve real-time operational issues with discretion and efficiency to maintain the polished standard expected in high-end event environments.
- Conduct post-event debriefs, prepare comprehensive performance reports, and recommend enhancements to continuously elevate luxury event offerings.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in Luxury Events Planning
Language: English
Hourly Salary: $36.00 to $38.00 for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
