JOB DUTIES:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of food and beverage service staff in the dining areas.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, and ensure that staff follow service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Participate in the hiring, training, and performance monitoring of food service staff.
- Ensure efficient operations during meal periods by resolving service issues and managing staff assignments.
- Inspect dining and service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness before service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain consistency and resort standards.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food preparation, service timing, and special dietary requests.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of dining supplies, tableware, condiments, and beverage stock; place orders or requisitions when needed.
- Assist in cost control through waste reduction, portion monitoring, and adherence to budget guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and resort policies.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, staff performance, and service efficiency.
- May perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by the management.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more experience in the food and beverage industry.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $20.00 for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
