Part Technician

Job title: Part Technician (NOC 14401)

Wage: $25.96 per hour

Working schedule: 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Job description:

·        Receive and check incoming parts and supplies.

·        Sort and store parts in a clean and organized way.

·         Keep track of inventory using a computer system (such as PBS).

·        Provide parts to technicians when they are needed for repairs.

·        Help customers find the right parts or accessories for their vehicles.

·        Create and follow up on orders to restock parts when needed.

·        Update records about inventory levels, prices, and supplier info.

·        Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery times and fix any issues.

·        Help with counting stock, cleaning storage areas, and fixing inventory records.

·        Assist in making quotes and checking if parts are available.

·        Maintain clean and organized workspaces in both front and back-of-house storage areas.

Requirements:

·        High school diploma

·        1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred

·        Basic knowledge of car parts and accessories

·        Able to use inventory software

·        Good organization and attention to detail

·        Able to lift and move parts as needed

·        Good communication skills

·        Flexible to work weekends if needed
