WORK SETTING: Retail / wholesale establishment /distribution center, No Remote work option.
JOB DUTIES
Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Answer electronic enquiries
Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Manage contracts, Perform data entry,
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Provide customer service, Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support,
Show and describe goods or services, Follow-up on issues with work orders
